01. Face to Face mentoring
Noosa Region covered
Founded in 2011, Business Mentoring Noosa has provided face-to-face volunteer mentoring services to over 600 local businesses and not-for-profits.
02. Remote mentoring
MentorSME video mentoring
Beginning in 2024, and supported by BMN, MentorSME provides a similar service via video meetings to small business in remote areas like Eromanga (pop. 98) and Barcaldine (pop. 1540)
03. 24/7 Online Mentoring
12Faces offers problem solutions
Since 2016, 12Faces has offered low and no-cost business problem solutions for small business owner stressors. Available 24/7 and online.

Local Government also uses Backstop Business
As well as over 700 small business owners individually using our services over the last decade, local governments are taking bulk subscriptions to help small businesses and not for profits in their regions to improve their operations.
Noosa Shire Council supported 25 businesses during Covid. Over the last couple of years it has used Backstop's services to help over 20 NFP with their strategic Plans
RAPAD brings together local governments from across Central West Queensland to drive regionally focused opportunities in Central West Queensland. They are sponsoring Backstop support for 10+ local business in 2026
